About this sitter

As an ex-travel agent my life has been "on the go". I have lived in South Africa, Canada, Switzerland, U.S.A., U.K. and Italy with a short stint in Cairo too! Having glued myself down for several years I am now ready to get on the road again. I own a farm in New South Wales, Australia and also an apartment in Mosman, Sydney. My passion is gardening! I currently have 2 acres of it! HOWEVER I TRANSPLANT QUICKLY! MY FAVOURITE PLACES IN THE WORLD ARE: NEW YORK CITY (where I lived for 2 years in the Village and the Upper East Side); PARIS & FLORENCE.

I am completely adaptable as I've had to be!

I loved the experience of living in ALL these places and I want to continue! I thrive on getting to know new cultures. Living in new environments is energising and exciting.

Yes I am experienced. Homeowners from a previous house sitting job were thrilled to come home to a sparkling house and a thriving garden. Previous assignments include caring for luxury executive residence with pool in Johannesburg, South Africa.

What can they bring to the assignment

I have commonsense and a proactive approach and can deal with any problems should they arise in your absence. I am very personable with a good sense of humour and I won't upset your neighbours!! I am quiet and a non-smoker. I am conscientious, very aware of the importance we put on our homes and the care of them. I am practical, resourceful and can fix things - I think outside the square! I have an Australian police clearance and an international driver's liscence.
