A mature single woman. You need to be fairly active and be good with dogs. I have two dogs one of which is a bit suspicious of strangers but once he has accepted you he is great. He is Bouvier de Flanders x German Pointer.
And a Tibetan terrier who is a sweetie. I would love it if you can stay with me for a few days before I go away so I have peace of mind so I can get to know you and you me and my dogs.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I always keep a clean home and would be grateful to come home to a clean house. Feed my two dogs and take them for a good run. I live near the countryside and there are great walks very close to me.

What are the good features of the property and location

I have a new-build two-bed bungalow, a log burner, feature fire place, fully fitted kitchen, Internet, Sky TV. I am surrounded by mountain views and look down on to the rambla and orange groves. About 25 minutes to the beach and about half an hour's drive to Mojacar.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

A quiet type of person, no smokers please, experienced with dogs, trustworthy and clean.
Sorry, no children or other pets.
