About this assignment

Someone who likes cats (3) and birds (2) parakeets. They don't require too much care since they stay indoors just a lot of human attention. Must not be allergic to cat hair since you will be dealing with a lot of fur.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Mostly taking care of the animals. I have plenty of plants indoor and a few outdoor on the patio. Occasionally mowing the lawn and watering depending on the time of year.

What are the good features of the property and location

Wonderful ocean view with very private 2 acre wooded lot. Very close to town yet quiet and peaceful. Small town atmosphere very quaint. Lots of places for day hikes in the forest or just walk on the beaches. Nice to drive up the Oregon coast.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You will need a car as we are up 500 ft on a hill. All paved road if you care to walk but very steep. We will be gone approximately 5 weeks.
