Look after the house in general . Have a gardener to look after yard there are no pets to look after . We are only looking for someone to live in the house and to keep it in good order and clean

Rural living ,quiet small town , 1 hour drive to mountains (skiing in winter) 1hour drive to the beach 1 1/2 drive to Melbourne .
House has 2 double bedrooms and a study lounge has a large screen TV full surround sound system leather suite and WIi games system dining room and sun room reverse cycle air conditioning full laundry and swimming pool house fully equipped ready just to bring your gear wood heater and 12 months supply of wood cable tv and Internet connected Full alarm system (monitored)

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Transport could be an issue as we live on the edge of town there is a limited town bus service and local train service is good
