About this assignment

Hi are you inbetween house sits looking for a nice spot to settle for a week or more. How about coming and giving me a hand round the farm and home. And if i am lucky enough I might find someone who can look after everything so I can actually get away for a few days.  It would be great to get the dream house sitter, farm sitter so i could go and visit my mum in Aussie but it is not easy to get away from all my animals and 480 acres.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Helping with the horses,sheep,cows,dogs,cats,donkeys,pigs general farm and home work.  Feeding stock, taking care of animals, helping round the house, Cleaning paddocks and horses.  Helping serve mares and handle foals.

What are the good features of the property and location

We are close to beautiful East coast beaches wonderful setting surrounded by hills, trees, streams wake up to the sound of birds instead of cars. Help with the foals if you are a horse lover then you will enjoy the time you can spend with over 30 horses.  Only experienced riders will be able to ride out with me as I dont have beginner horses.  Help me at shows, during the season.  There will be plenty of free time available.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

A willingness to be part of our small family hubby is often away so i enjoy the company and appreciate the help. We have no cell phone access and are 40 mins from major town but 5 mins from local village and ten mins from at least one beach three with in a short drive. We have sky tv  and internet access.
