Walk the dog 3 times a day, weather permitting so many outings.Give her attention and loving.
 Keep apartment tidy, clean.
 

What are the good features of the property and location

 Low rise building with elevator. We're on the top floor of four. Washing/drying machines in the building. Parks all around. Best homes (Hampstead) to one side of us. Commercial street (Queen Mary Rd) 2 blocks north. Bus stop in front of building, subway also convenient from here.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

That the sit might be in the winter months - to be prepared!
