About this assignment

I'm looking for sitters from April till October.They will have their own house to live. La Bastide Haute is situated in a splendid location in the Auvergne mountains; ideal for nature lovers, silence and isolation guaranteed.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To maintain the organic vegetable garden and orchard, to feed and help cleaning the animals (12 hens, 2 geese, 2 rabbits and some sheep).

To help mowing the lawn and maintaining the grass areas.

What are the good features of the property and location

Ecological way of living, solar panels, sring water on tap, organic vegetables, beautiful scenery and great walks around in the mountains.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

There is no television but you can have an email access. Sitters must love being immersed in nature!

The nearest village is 6 km away.
