What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Position
requires evening and weekend "house-sitting" hours.  Chores involve
caring for variety of pets (feeding, cleaning, etc.), answering phones and in-house security primarily on
weekends only.  

What are the good features of the property and location

This is a private gated property in the Hollywood (Los Feliz) area.  This position offers the right candidate(s) a large amount of time freedom while within the property.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
