Wildlife Biologist with long term housesitting and animal care experience

About this sitter

I am a writer, a trained wildlife biologist and in my early 30’s chose to follow my heart as a farmer, gardener, educator and researcher in sacred agriculture (Rudolf Steiner’s legacy of biodynamic agriculture).

I seek a setting that is clean and congenial to write, meditate and walk in a natural setting. My preference is for longer term positions of at least a month.

Why they want to house sit

Having had my own home and farm I love to bring beauty and love to all that I care for. I am currently writing two books and have found that house sitting provides ample opportunity to do so while tending conscientiously to required duties.

Their experience

Yes. I have been a house sitter, cared for animals and stewarded farms and farm animals many times including my own home and farm. At Aurora Farm I raised two sons and initiated the first biodynamic heirloom seed company while hosting an apprenticeship training program.

Here is a recommendation from a farm that I stewarded for three years while the owner was working in a distant city.
