About this sitter
Hello! My name is Niina, 47y old, originally from Finland, but now living in Barcelona, Spain. I might be new here on MindMyHouse, but I have done multiple cat sits before, also re-occuring ones.
I've looked after indoor/outdoor cats, chickens, ducks and plants. I'm resourceful, I always come up with new games to entertain cats, but most importantly will give them plenty of cuddles. In addition to cats I love traveling, hiking, cycling, reading, arts and socializing. I don't smoke or drink, I'm quiet and tidy - I leave the place as tidy as it was when I came.
Why they want to house sit
I cannot have a cat of my own due to living arrangements, so looking after someone else's cat is a perfect opportunity to give cats love and receive some purrs.

Yes. I've done long sits (over two months) and shorter sits (four days) in Spain and Italy.
What can they bring to the assignment
The owners can leave their furry family members in safe hands knowing the pets are my top priority while there.

A true cat lover
Niina looked after our two cats, house and garden for a few days and left everything immaculate. The cats were very contented, and although one of ours is shy of new people, Niina was immensely patient with her. The other thought all her dreams had come true as she received lots of attention from Niina, and had her photo taken to send to her 'parents'! Niina diligently watered the garden which flourished under her care, and she left the house spotless. I highly recommend Niina as a calm, cat-loving person who will take good care of your space.
