A few semi wild cats living outside get dried biscuit feed left out in a bowl for them
They have 1 testimonial (view below)
My home near Chateaubriant in Loire Atlantique, France is available from now until the end of Feb ‘21. I hope to find a suitable person or couple to look after the house and keep the garden tidy and attractive. There are no animals aside from a few semi wild young cats who live outside and need to have a tray of biscuit food topped up for them daily. This means there is great flexibility to travel locally without the constraints of animal care. I will be marketing the property for sale so am looking for a house sitter to keep the place in good order, especially before any appointment is made for a visit with the agent and a prospective purchaser. Period of availability is therefore flexible and open for discussion. Heating costs will be the only outlays to be met by the house sitter during winter months.
Maintaining the house and grounds in good order. The garden is mainly lawn with a few flower beds so easily kept. There are a number of outbuildings and 2/3 houses which will need to be tidy for viewers
Within easy reach of Nantes, Rennes and Anger for excursions and 10 mins drive from Chateaubriant. The local village is served by bakery, post office, mini market, chemist and tabac for smaller supplies. Beautiful and peaceful countryside.
Gardening experience, non smoker and a neat, tidy personality. The house stands in own grounds so there are no immediate neighbours, you need to feel comfortable with this.
Lesley has a gorgeous, peaceful property in rural France. She has 8 beautiful horses who I was lucky enough to go riding with before Lesley left for her trip. She also has a great little donkey, four lovely barn kittens and two super friendly dogs. I really enjoyed walking the dogs each day at the nearby ponds, they are very well behaved and happy animals! I was able to use Lesley's car while she was away which made access to the area very easy and was really kind of her and helpful for me!
