About this assignment

Quiet, clean and responsible, of course, but also loving and patient. Some attention to detail as the house has its (small) quirks, eg a couple of light switches that never should be turned off.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Our three kitties: Tabitha (15), Moxie (8) and Joey (4). They get along but need to be fed separately as they have special dietary needs (no medication, though) and weight issues. Generally just keeping an eye on things and loving them while we are gone. I dunno - place mail in box, carry own trash to curb on Fridays? oh yes - 4 plants. We have several apartment buildings, thus a maintenance guy on call. may need some help with an AirBnB check in, but trying to keep that minimal.

What are the good features of the property and location

Great location in historic neighborhood. Parking. Great kitchen with all amenities. Across from a park. Professionally cleaned before you arrive. Unlimited Satellite TV and Wi-fi. Comfortable Master bedroom on top floor with mini kitchenette, And did I mention 3 intelligent, crafty and thoroughly entertaining cats?

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

There are stairs - 3 floors. Three cats, all with their own personalities, but all deserving attention. In particular one has tummy issues and must be fed frequently, and away from the others, who want to gobble her food!!! This house is in Baltimore City. The neighborhood is not "dangerous" but does require ordinary city living attentiveness.
