Lakeview lodge in Costa Rica

About this assignment

I am looking for a couple or friends to stay at my lodge at Lake Arenal. There is plenty of space and a huge kitchen for those who like to cook. Minimum 2 people.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

One person should stay at the lodge at all times, at least over night. It would be great, if you could look after the garden.

What are the good features of the property and location

beautiful lake views, lots of space, beautiful gardens, many birds. Nuevo Arenal is just 5 km away, about 45 Min. to Arenal Volcano and surroundings.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I am looking for someone to look after the lodge, so I don't want people who use the lodge as a basis for exploration of the country and stay out for several days. There must be somebody overnight at the lodge.
