My husband and I travel from time to time. We have 3 small dogs and a cat that is bigger than the dogs.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The dogs are very social. So it's important to have someone who stays the night. They need to be fed every couple days (they have a small feeder) Let them outside in the morning and evening to remind them to do their business. There is a dog door so they should be using it. Grab out mail and put the trash cans out. Enjoy yourself.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in Alta Sierra/Grass Valley Our home in located near the 18th fairway of Alta Sierra Country Club golf course. Our back yard is a 6 acre pond/lake. We have a row boat so you could fish on. We have a nice deck with a covered fire pit table. The back deck also has a large TV with satellite cable to watch your favorite shows while enjoy the beautiful view. There is also a 2 man Jacuzzi right off the master bedroom. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. We do have an apartment downstairs that we have a full time renter. This is a beautiful area with lots to see and do.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It's very important to us that you love and comfortable around small dogs ( they are after barky) One of them is timid. Overall very sweet dogs. It' also important that you are dependable.
