What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Looking after the cats and watering the garden! We live in a built up area so respectful of neighbours around noise. It's pretty straightforward.

What are the good features of the property and location

10 min walk to two stations, 12 mins to London Bridge, 20.mins to Charing Cross.
Lovely garden.
7 min walk to two different pubs with gardens

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Are they prepared for a littke bit of cat management as our cats don't like each other and the timid one needs encourging to come in.
Can they commit to 3 weeks in London?
