Non smoker. No pets. Someone who is trustworthy and is able to take care of my small yard (i.e keep it weeded and tidy).

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Pick up my mail. Look after my garden except in winter. Also, keep my house clean and communicate with me if there are any problems.

What are the good features of the property and location

The Comox Valley is a very active community with lots to do. There are lots of trails as well as clubs for almost any activity. My house is about 3km from downtown Courtenay.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

There is a ferry you need to take to get to Vancouver Island from the great Vancouver area. But, Vancouver Island is very big and there is everything you need here.

Can I bring my own pets?
