Home & Pets sitter required in Palm Beach Florida

About this assignment

We are looking for a mature house sitter or a couple to take care of our home and two cats (Snowball and Dusty) and one dog (Coco) while we are traveling three weeks in June/July. We are looking for someone that has experience in house and pet sitting.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We would require that house is maintained clean and cats & dog taken care off. Daily kitty litter box cleaning is required.
Our cats are well behaved, clean and very active. Snowball is 12 yrs old white Persian kitty and is the friendliest cat you will ever meet. She runs towards new people to meet them and likes to be patted ALL the time. Shadow is 8, long hair and is very friendly as well. She loves to talk and enjoys new people, Dusty still behalves like a big kitten, he is 8 yrs old Mancoon mix and is very silly and talks a lot. All cats are inside cats. Coco is going to turn 9 in May and is a lab/jack russell mix. She is very energetic and requires at least 2 walks a day, or one long walk and outside play. She can be left left inside with cats for few hours as she is extremely energetic. She is house dog as well. She is very territorial and does not like neighborhood dogs, but loves to play with her ball and in dog parks. She needs to be supervised well during her walks as she will bark at other dogs.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have new 3 bedroom town home in Royal Palm Beach, FL about 30 minutes from beaches and 10 minutes to malls and restaurants. June in our area offers the best summer weather in Florida to be outside and visit beaches. There are many beaches available and none of them more than 30 minutes away easily accessible. There are many restaurants, malls and activities in the area with plenty of transport options. Our town home is in great, family community with access to pool and gym. Cable TV and WiFi is available. grocery store is 5 minutes walk from our house, We have very comfortable guest bedroom available for the sitters with queen size bed and walk in closet to use. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Thank you

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our house is in urban area with access to stores, malls, restaurants. Closest airport is West Palm Beach International and is only 20 minutes drive from the house.
