I am a hard working, single dad with the advantage of having only one, beautiful, college attending, daughter who can take care of herself so inconvenience or unavailability will never be an issue. I take pride in being a loyal, honest, man of my word who can appreciate how precious someone’s living space and personal belongings are to them. I sincerely believe that if you give me the opportunity, you will never
again have to worry about an alternative or replacement because you will insist on me always being the ONE to take care of your house and anything else you hold dear to your heart!

Why they want to house sit

I enjoy having time to myself and I also need the additional income to help in paying for my daughter’s college tuition. Her mother passed away 3 years ago, so its extremely important to me to find a way to come through for her! Always

Their experience

I have stayed at my best friends lake house for a week or two
every year and I have volunteered over the years to go over to another friend’s house three or four times a week to feed animals and check the mail along with other misc. household chores or responsibilities when he has to be out of town for extended periods of time.

What can they bring to the assignment

I can bring anything an owner could possibly need me to bring in order for them to feel comfortable and worry free. I own a truck and I don't mind running certain errands as well. One opportunities is all I need to gain your trust, loyalty, and a friendship to gp along with it!
