I would describe myself as outgoing, fun and adventurous. The stars would call me a sagittarius.
What I'm "looking for in a house sit" is Feng Shui.
To be honest, house sitting is a part-time hobby where I can use my skills and experience to maintain a household and read a new book. Or an old book for a new experience.

Why they want to house sit

For the past year and before, I have been working as "The Caretaker's Assistant" with the responsibilities of :

-collecting receipts and following up with the accounting team
-gardening/landscaping/trail maintenance/invasive removal
-party set up/party take down
-organization
-cleaning/sanitizing
-serving/bartending/cooking etc.

What can they bring to the assignment

In some of my photos you will see plants and flowers. They are from a property where I over-see the gardening. This is a ranch style property with 6 homes on hundreds of acres. There is a garden for cooking near the main and cook house next to the tennis court. This area is maintained from invasives (exception of mint) and nurtured to produce. With the Bayou Land Conservancy, I completed the course for their Land Ambassador Program. I have volunteered with them in the past as well as the Memorial Park Conservancy in Houston, Tx.

Fun Fact: Memorial Park Conservancy is twice the size of Central Park in NYC. ( I learned this from my sister who is also a fellow BLC Land Ambassador and former MPC employee)

I can bring passion and responsibility to the assignment.

Also, I can help with annual and seasonal parties.
For many years, I've bartended weddings (200-400 people). Currently, I am working through a chef located in Houston, I help with private retreat parties usually between 8 and 40. Christmas-time at the ranch is very nice too.
If you need decorators, servers, bartenders, dishwashers, set-up crew, clean-up crew etc. (as you can see by my fancy napkin fold) I got you! :D
