What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We have a beautiful 9 year old black oriental cat who is very lovable.  He'll need attention from a cat-lover.  House sitter will need to look after the apartment in our absence.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our beautifully decorated apartment in Bowdon, Altrincham is 10 miles from Manchester (and on the tram line).  It is a ground level apartment with its own entrance in a small block of 4 apartments
