About this assignment

Looking  for a person for my house in Sweden from the middle of October onwards.
this position would be perfect for:
1) a  responsible person or family who would like some time outside the rat race in a peaceful location in nature
2) retired people who love nature and quiet
3)writers, artists, and people who work with the internet
two months minimum

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

mainly checking heating and appliances work fine, as the weather can be cold in the winter and there is the need to adjust heating so the pipes don't freeze and break
notifying me if something is wrong

What are the good features of the property and location

 beautiful two floors red house in a small village in the north of Sweden surrounded by beautiful lakes and forests for 6 months to a year
(free, bills excluded)
no phone, but possibility of purchasing an internet key in the nearest town or internet available cheaply across the street

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

it's a beautiful but remote location with snow between november and april, temperatures can be -15 or lower in the winter and +20 in the summer
