Animal Loving, Careful and Clean Tenant.  Likes the Countryside. I have a Motorhome and like to get away now and then and would like someone reliable to look after the Cat and House.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Caring for my Cat and keeping the property safe while I am away

What are the good features of the property and location

Only 3km from the nearest town and 30km from Galway City.

Newly renovated in part and well insulated. 

The Property is on a Cul de Sac and is lovely for quiet walks and their is a lovely wood nearby with a really nice walk up hill with terrific views!

 

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Transport would be necessary though you can get buses from the nearest town 3km away.

Non Smokers Preferred
