 I share my home with a gorgeous and very well mannered female cat named Snowball. Therefore housesitters must be cat friendly and without a pet of their own.

What are the good features of the property and location

My 3 bedroom home is situated on a 1.75 acre parcel which includes an apple orchard and is located in a very quiet and secure part of Summerland, BC. Summerland is a city of 12K people in the south part of Canada's premier Okanagan Valley, an area which offers excellent winter and summer activities and features a thriving wine and fruit industry set in the country's most agreeable climate.
