What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Simple things. We clean the house together. Cook and clean together too.

What are the good features of the property and location

Internet, television, DVD, books (in our languages). Not far from the city, silent place, about 1 hour to the beach.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We are a culture community, consist of 5 person. We live in small n simple house. Sometimes other friends stay with us. Most of them is writer, theater performer, journalist...

As a writer, some of us insomniac...lol...we can start sleep on dawn and wake up in the mid day...

We don't have pets, but we are a good smoker...:)
