About this assignment

[We are looking for a house sitter that is fond of animals and enjoys the countryside. We would like to have a few weekends away before going on a proper holiday abroad just to see how thing work out.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

[We have 2 donkeys, 2 horses,3 dogs and some chickens so we need an animal lover that  is able to handle all the above with experienced confidend  care.The dogs will need walking daily.
We are require a non smoker that is honest and reliable

What are the good features of the property and location

[The property is a well presented barn conversion in beautiful surroundings, overlooking ancient abbey .All mod cons including internet access. We are next to the coast to coast walk and  the river Swale and within walking distance of the  historic Georgian market town of Richmond in North yorks, swimming baths, cinema and restaurants.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

[We would expect that the house is treat with respect and kept clean and tidy and that the animals are treat with kindness and are well cared for.]It will probably take 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening todo feeding,walking etc.
