About this assignment

Friendly, mature person to look after 2 fully-furnished houses in the Andalucian mountains. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom in one of them. Spanish speaker preferred but not essential.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

House sitters are required to greet guests, keep the houses clean and tidy and look after plants. We are looking for someone to stay from mid-August 2011 for as long as posslbe.

What are the good features of the property and location

The houses are on the edge of the small, traditional village of Comares. Peaceful location, beautiful views. Daily bus to Malaga and the coast (45 minutes)

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Must be self-suffcient and fit, as the region is very mountainous. There is a lively local community of English people.
