What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To feed two sister cats twice daily, but to also top up with water the food bowls regularly throughout the day. To inject 5mls of insulin into a 10 year old cat twice daily; she is used to this so not a problem.
To keep the house in a generally tidy order, put out bins if and when needed, perhaps make sure everything in garden is okay.

What are the good features of the property and location

Quiet, coastal area, within short distance of sea, forests and heathland. Aldeburgh music festival in Summer v nearby, Sutton Hoo even nearer. Large garden, backing onto a field. Horses nearby, including Hollesley Suffolk Punch horses centre.
Compact, solid built house, easy to run.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Their ability to administer an injection to cat twice daily. Few buses running (unless ordered days prior); fairly remote, but a good neighbour community-spirit.
