About this assignment

We are looking for a regular, reliable, single person to care for our 2 cats and a very smart collie dog who needs twice daily runs and cuddles. Dates are adhoc, starting one week at the end of February 2012, and then a few weeks in the year but we are flexible and this could be negotiated.
As we are looking for someone to be our regular sitter, this would suit perhaps a local person rather than someone from overseas.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Caring for 2 old cats and one young border collie. Must be used to dogs and aware of the commitment required.
In the summer pick the apples from the tree, and go for long walks on Epsom Downs. Lock the house when you leave.
Thats it.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have a basic 3 bed house that needs renovating in Epsom Downs, nothing fancy, so this is not a 'fine home' in the country. Having said that, its a 10 minute walk to the train station for London (50 mins) and 10 mins from the spacious Epsom Downs, lots of lovely walks nearby.
Shops within 10 mns walk.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Need to be able to commit to meeting first; potential regular sitters preferred.
