Someone who is good with dogs and cats. One dog has special "needs".

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Regular pet care responsibilities for 13 year old dogs with addition of administering pills to the two dogs and assisting one dog with ambulation needs (has quana equina and uses a harness/towel to go outside--he does very well on a flat surface, but obviously issues with stairs.)

The cats require very little care; water, food and liter monitoring.

What are the good features of the property and location

Western NY--Rural and very quiet. Nice neighborhoodneighbors and --gated deck, pool, garage for parking car-decent size yard to walk with dogs.

Close proximity to Letchworth, 1.5 hours to Niagara Falls and 3 hours to Toronto, Chautauqua Institution 30-40 minutes, Lily Dale 15-20 minutes

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Dogs like to have companionship and do not require much for care with the exception of above. There are occasional clean ups with the daily toileting routines, as they may not make it to the door in time.
