Look after 3 dogs all very well behaved. 2 cats . Let 8 free range chickens in and out during day. And just check on horse Tenner, 2 pigs very free range Doris and Truffles, and the 5 Alpacas, .. If you like riding then please feel free .. But you must be confident with him!

What are the good features of the property and location

It's on a not working farm ( well with all the animals none are ever killed or sold on )the website will show you just how beautiful the home and location is, it's in the south west. Somerset near Taunton close to M5 so getting into Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Bath and Bristol is very easy

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Animals must want to be around them , also while 3 bedrooms are 99% complete, 2 lounges 99% complete, and and a kitchen that still sitting in the 1950s if you can live in that then please come. We also have the bathrooms in all bedrooms but building work will still be going on while you're there.
