- Keep the house clean
- Supervise lawn care
- Run sprinkling system (programable box control)

What are the good features of the property and location

- Riverfront, 20 minutes by boat to Chesapeake Bay (we do not have a boat but there is a place for yours)
- Hardwood floors
- Cool architectural design
- Good neighborhood for walking
- Lots of trees and mature landscaping (low / practically no maintenance other than being observant about watering and running sprinkling system)

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

- Seriously consider their ability to care for plants. This is a big part of the responsibilities.
