About this assignment

We would welcome either a single person or couple who are fond of cats and are happy to care for our home and two lovely tabby cats Kiara (1.5yrs) and Tahnee (6 months). Non smokers only please.

My daughter and I like to travel as and when and with your help we can, with full confidence that our house and cats are being cared for xxx

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Our home is easy to care for so we only ask that you would care for it and garden as you would your own.

Our lovely cats Kiara 1.5yrs and Tahnee 6 months are very happy to amuse themselves. They are out a lot but do enjoy being spoiled now and then. As there is so little to do it will leave you with all the time in the world to explore the countryside, Brighton, London, the beautiful coast and our wonderful Downs Country Park.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our home is a three bedroom semi-detached thirties house with full gas central heating and double glazing. We have infinity wifi and sky and there is a desktop for your use in the master bedroom.

Our back garden is peaceful and secluded, a real haven. Princes Park is five minutes walk from our home with water sports, then only a few minutes to the seafront, harbour, pier, tennis and basketball courts, swimming pool and gym. Everything is within easy reach.

We have a large Tesco's in the main road and the bus into town takes ten minutes. Eastbourne is a lovely town, offering restaurants, theatres, shopping centre, a range of exclusive boutiques and the station with trains to Brighton, Hastings, London and further afield. Our town is a great base to explore the whole of Sussex from.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

No car is necessary as our public transport system is really good.
