About this assignment

I'm looking for someone who loves dogs as this is the hardest part about leaving for a couple of months. I am also looking for someone responsible enough to pay the bills on time and who can take good care of the property.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed and walk my dog and pay the bills on time. It's a flat so there is no yard and I've got a bit of a brown thumb so no plants to take care of either.

What are the good features of the property and location

The flat is on a 7th floor witha privileged view of the city, close to the Cineteca Nacional and Coyoacan.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I am yet to decide when I will travel and it will depend on who house sits. To be honest I am privileged enough to be able to postpone it until I find the right fit. I am thinking of travelling for 6 months.

The expenses amount to around USD$300 per month, which includes electricity, water, gas, high speed internet access, cable TV.
