About this assignment

Visit Ontario during our beautiful Fall season. A cute bungalow on a quiet street that is still close to the amenities and downtown Kitchener/Waterloo. The house and yard are low maintenance, just keep it tidy and clean up after yourself.

We are looking for a house sitter that is mature and responsible to look after the house and keep the cats company - although they do really well entertaining themselves as they will you too !

A sitter that we can trust is a must - would it be too much to hope they won't snoop through the drawers !?

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Keep the house safe ! The typical stuff; bring in the mail, not burn down the place, look after the cats. The cats are rather low maintenance - clean the boxes once a day, feed them twice a day and keep the water fresh. Brushing not required (unless you really want to). One of the cats is diabetic and requires insulin twice a day but don't worry, he is a champ - way easier to give him a needle then it is to give ANY cat a pill - he is a trooper. I think he might even like it because it makes him feel so good!

What are the good features of the property and location

Centrally located in Kitchener, close to all the amenities and lots of attractions.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Kitchener/Waterloo is a wonderful place to visit ! If you want to stay an extra week on my return, I would be happy to have you here so you can go to Oktoberfest ! ! !
