We need a house sitter for our lovely comfortable 4 bed-roomed Victorian house and 3 friendly dogs for 2 weeks in March 2015. We are flexible on the actual dates.
Feeding and exercising the dogs at the local woods or the local common. Keeping the house clean, tidy and safe and dealing with any incidents that may need attention while we are away.
The house is a large comfortable 4 bedroomed 2 bathroomed Victorian house in the heart of Worcestershire, surrounded by beautiful countryside. We are close to the town centre and the railway stations where you can pop into Birmingham or Worcester. Also the 'Severn Valley Steam Railway' offers regular runs to local market towns and villages if you want a day out on a steam train.
We are close to Bewdley, Ludlow and many beautiful places to visit and walk with the dogs.
Our house is large, comfortable and quiet (despite being on the A449) with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. There are log fires for chilly evenings and a lovely courtyard and small garden to soak up the sun in the summer. There are secure gardens front and back and all you need for a relaxing stay; large (free view) TV with plenty of DVD's books, magazines, Wi-Fi router for your computer and a well equipped farmhouse style kitchen dining room. You will have your own double bedroom with separate shower-room but can also use our facilities.
Our previous house sitters have all loved our house and dogs as they are very well behaved and some have return 3 times! This timing however is not so convenient so we are searching for a mature couple to help us out.
We are ideally looking for a mature, fit couple who can cope dog walks and to keep the house and garden safe and tidy. We will need references and to see a driving licence if you are using our car for transporting the dogs on walks. Please feel free to ask any questions.
