What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We want our house sitters to treat our home as they would their own, be observant, water house plants, keep driveway clear when necessary and pick up mail.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in a single family 2 bedroom home in quiet friendly adult park close to wineries, theatre, restaurants, and many outdoor activities, nature walks, hiking, skiing (downhill and cross country ) snowshoeing and only minutes from shopping.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Potential house sitters will be responsible for any additional utilities or services they require and should have their own vehicle as we are not on a bus route.
