What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Looking after 3 mini schnauzers, the house and garden. *the house is undergoing some refurbishment but not when you are in situ and not building work. House is clean and tidy with the main areas finished.

What are the good features of the property and location

Fully equipped kitchen, central heating, quiet residential street in the middle of a médiéval town with all amenities set in a huge tourist area 30 minutes from Limoges and an hour from Périgueux and Brive-la-Gaillarde

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The dogs come first, their health and welfare are primary but I would like the house kept as clean as I leave it and grass kept down (in summer). Although there are trains and buses you would really need a car as they are infrequent and only go to Limoges. Dogs can be left (not all day every day) to sight see and there's plenty to do and see. House is undergoing redecoration atm but main rooms are finished and no work would be undertaken with you in situ. French spoken.
