House sitter/s wanted and a little extra feeding of 3 hungry feline mouths!

About this assignment

Like minded people who love the outside life and nature as you are surrounded by it here. Living the simple life as my home is very rustic yet beautifully functioning!! My three cats are my entertaining, home-loving feline friends. As they are still relatively young, they interact and often play with each other and like the odd play time with a human! (not obligatory!)

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I only ask that you treat the home as it is yours and understand the little quirky working ways that I will duly/explain/show you. My only ask is to feed my little ones twice a day, (they will ask/demand biscuits each time you head to the kitchen!) So take care they don't have too much. They are elite opportunists! If there are veggies growing in the garden please water, so you can pick, eat and enjoy accordingly!

What are the good features of the property and location

My house is rustic and comfortable. As it is made of the traditional mud and stone and stays relatively cool in the summer. The outside dining area is a fantastic place to hang out. During the warmer months I hang up my hammock and an efficient inox BBQ is a few steps away. There are fantastic walks all around and numerous bird species that nest locally. It is located within 15 mins of Tavira town where you will find everything you need. There is a local store a few minutes away that has a mini supermarket selling numerous items and refreshments and is a friendly family owned business. If you want to explore north of the property, follow the Cachopo road for exciting adventures where you can discover different barragens (reservoirs) and some tasty restaurants too. It's rather like a time travel experience and you meet the friendliest people.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Your own transport is not essential but would be recommended. My wonderful neighbours are available if you need anything or if you have any questions or help with anything!
