What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

30 km. from town, basic skills to operate farm tractor required. Animals require daily care.
There is one small house dog, 1 large outside dog, 1 outside cat, 2-4 horses, 2 alpacas, 3 miniture donkeys.
We are set up to minimize the day to day care for the larger animals though they still need to be observed daily.
