I own a house in Miami, Florida in an area called Homestead;  and I am looking for someone to house sit for me from August-December, and at various other times throughout the year.  Please let me know if this is something that you might be interested in and what are your rates. I don’t have any pets; I just wanted someone to keep an eye out on the house while I am not there.

Just to keep everything in order and to watch over the house.

It is a nice beautiful three-bedroom/two bath house in Homestead, Florida. If interested I could send you a DVD of the place.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Homestead is about forty five minutes outside of Miami. You will need a car to get around.
