Someone who would like to experience the downtown life in Toronto. I travel a lot and would not mind someone using my one bedroom condo who would care for it as for your own home.
I would also consider an exchange as I have done many.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Enjoy Toronto and keep the apartment clean. I prefer stays of at least 2 weeks, and I require the maintenance fee for the condo. This is about $600 for a month and includes everything. (Air, heat, local telephone, WiFi, 24 hour concierge, TV, roof garden with barbeques, hot tub and washer and dryer in the unit.)

What are the good features of the property and location

I am within walking distance of the University, ROM, AGO, Yorkville shopping and first run movies. The subway is just across the road to reach all areas of the city.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

As I have enjoyed others homes, I would prefer experienced sitters or will consider references.
