Day to day office operations, light book keeping/computer, managing small staff, groundskeeping, minor maintenance, pleasant host/hostess to guests for this unique, boutique hotel.

Full one bedroom suites with great views of Melbourne Harbor and the Indian River. Walking distance to Historic Downtown Melbourne, shops, restaurants, clubs and hop, skip and jump to the Atlantic Ocean!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Must be mature, responsible and accountable to Board of Directors. Must have good "people skills" and able to handle guests in a friendly, professional manner.
