About this assignment

I am looking for a mature person/couple who will be responsible and trustworthy for the care of my dogs and my home while I am away.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Full responsibilities; taking care of my home, maintaining it as if it were their own and for the care of my 4 dogs; someone who can and always will be able to give them TLC and attention.

What are the good features of the property and location

I believe the best feature of my property/home is that I live up in the Smokey Mountains of TN. My home is on the outskirts of town so is very quiet and peaceful here. My home is located away from most of the tourism, but close enough that you can enjoy everything. My home is for the most part a log cabin type and is on almost 3 acreas. My home is ideal for one person or a couple. 

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The sitter must be a dog lover. My dogs are my babies and I want to make sure that the sitter gets along with them, is honestly loving and caring when it comes to animals and be responsible and respectfull of my home.
