What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
We have a very affectionate and strong dog to take care of, American Bully, some chicken, a gentle cat, and small bird (Japanese White-eye), and three aquariums.
What are the good features of the property and location
Beautiful large 1 bedroom apartment with study/breakfast nook, with ocean view and a nice garden. A truly quiet gem, five-minute walking distance to a ridge trail and 15 minutes bus ride to Waikiki.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Our main concern is that our dog is a powerful 100 pounds American bully. We live on a steep hill (hence the beautiful view) , which is a walking 10 minutes distance from a ridge state forest, a fantastic and scenic walk.
Do you have any experience with this type of dog, and do you feel confident you could handle him? He is very affectionate and overall a sweet soul but a powerful breed that needs a firm hand.
Can I bring my own pets?

Well behaved, sweet Dog
Tcheki is a sweet, calm, loving and BIG dog. Very affectionate, sometimes asks for attention. He's a beast on the leash, so sitter requires a very strong arm / legs to walk him. Great for going up-hill, challenging going down. But well trained, responds to commands well. Loves to play--tug-o-war and fetch. Louis and Maya were so kind, friendly, open and gracious in helping me get settled. The self-contained apt is in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood, near a hilly trailed forest, found myself frequently chatting with neighbours on our walks.
