Parkside apartment with Oslo’s cutest cats

About this assignment

Responsible, clean, reliable sitter who genuinely loves cats and will be able to spend some time with them.
The cats are very affectionate so you need to be ok with them sitting on your lap at least!
I am a vegetarian so would be grateful for a vegetarian/vegan sitter.
I travel quite a bit so if I can find someone who has a connection to oslo and is likely to be a return sitter that would be ideal.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To look after the cats - they need to be fed twice a day, litter tray scooped, water topped up etc.(full details will be provided in a seperate document)
Some indoor plant watering
Keeping everything tidy, taking rubbish out

What are the good features of the property and location

The apartment is light and airy and very comfortable.
It’s located in a vibrant area and yet is a very quiet and relaxing space.
Being opposite a park means you can lie on the sofa and gaze out at the sky and trees or have coffee at the window seat while people watching (the cats will join you in this!).
Apartment is well equipped with a new kitchen and new appliances.
-Super fast wifi, 55inch TV with access to Netflix, Apple TV etc
-Desk space for home office
-Very comfortable new double bed, fresh sheets and bedding

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

As mentioned, must be genuine animal lovers and want to care for the cats. They are my babies so of course I’m biased, but they are very nice to hang out with.
I am looking ideally for like-minded people who will respect my home and do not want any parties, gatherings or similar
