About this sitter
I have been house sitting for several years now with more than 35 assignments, several with repeat clients , and really enjoy it. Fortunately, I've been able to get assignments with people who are like me and value good communication, a clean living space, and mutual respect.
I'm fully vaccinated.
Why they want to house sit
I've always enjoyed traveling, and house sitting affords me the opportunity to really get to know a new locale (or visit ones I've seen before) as a person who actually lives there instead of being just a tourist. I like getting to know the daily life of a place.

What can they bring to the assignment
I'm dependable, honest, and like a clean space. If you have pets, I'll love them like my own. I don't party, do drugs, or play loud music, so you'll still have friendly neighbors when you return. I'm comfortable doing minor home repairs and have an avid interest in gardening.
I am equally happy in rural and urban settings.
I have recent finger print clearance from DOJ and FBI in order to renew a teaching credential, and I'm in good health.
I like keeping in touch with home owners via email, text, or phone calls. I really enjoy sharing photos of happy pets!

Amazing! What a gem!
Georgiana watched my geriatric cat for a week and quickly relieved any concerns. Her communication before and during the sitting was fantastic. She sent pictures and updates daily. It was very apparent her first priority was my cat and then secondly loved enjoying the city sites. The house was probably in better condition upon returning than I left it. I can't recommend her enough!

Georgiana is wonderful
Georgiana is not only a great housesitter, but a wonderful person. Enthusiasic and engaging - was easy to communicate with, and trust our house and pets with. During our trip we saw photos of a content dog, and when returning the house was incredibly clean, and all the plants thriving.

Wonderful house sitter
I highly recommend Georgiana as a house sitter. She is conscientious, considerate, and dependable. She is also a wonderful communicator and has a fun sense of humor. Georgiana cared for our home as if it were her own. Based on the photos and text messages she shared throughout the week, our two dogs and one cat received lots of affection and attention. We returned to a spotless house including clean towels and washed bedding. One of our dogs was unwell upon our return and Georgiana thoughtfully followed up with phone calls and text messages to check on her health. I would be pleased to have her stay at our home again in the future!

I highly recommend Georgiana
Georgiana sat for our cat and house in New Mexico for 9 winter weeks a couple of years ago, and I've been trying to get her back ever since - but we usually make our plans last-minute, after she's already booked. She's in high demand as a sitter, but if you can get her, do so! My cat Buddy fell in love with Georgiana, and he appeared to be looking for her and calling for her after she had left. Georgiana was easy to communicate with, and when we cam home from that 9-week trip, the house was clean and in order and Buddy was happy. And, we also discovered she had been very frugal with utilities, which can be high in the winter here.

Competent, Caring, and Conscientious
Georgiana did a superb job taking care of my elderly cat, plants and house. Right from the start, she was prompt and responsive with emails and phone calls. She arrived for an interview and I knew instantly that she was going to work out well. She is clean, caring, honest, intelligent, and intuitive and loved my kitty as if she was her own. She kept in contact with me by email, text and even sent a picture of Gretchen sleeping by the fire. When I came home the house was clean, the cat napping in the bedroom; and all was well. I will definitely have her come again.

Our regular house sitter!
Georgiana is fantastic. She's come to our house a few times and stayed now and Lemmy gets so excited every time. Georgiana keeps the place clean, loves the animals and is careful and aware of all our house rules. She's a great conversationalist and personable and interesting. We really love her and trust her with our house and pets. We hope to have her again!
