Why they want to house sit

I house sit because it is an adventurous way to explore new regions, local people and pets, around our world. It helps with appreciation and gratitude. Also, because I love animals and I no longer have any of my own, time spent with beloved pets is good for the soul.

Their experience

Yes; I am experienced throughout the U.S., where I've cared for homes and pets; mostly cats and dogs, also a few urban chickens, reptiles and turtles. Other unique caretaking scenarios entailed only caring for the home, plants, gardening, snow shoveling; many of the tasks involved to upkeep a home.

What can they bring to the assignment

A genuine interest in respecting and protecting homeowner's property, belongings and caring for their beloved pets. I am prepared to adapt in any climate with an understanding of home heating/cooling HVAC, security systems, water and energy conservation. I prefer to meet the neighbors with a homeowner's approval. I have some experience in lawn care, gardening and sprinkler systems. Some past assignments entailed driving dogs to parks using owners autos, handling errands, collecting mail and coordinating with service professionals i.e. house cleaners, utility technicians, landscapers. I have a U.S. issued passport, driver's license and I can drive manual or automatic autos.
