About this sitter
Hi, my name is Mira. 30's professional travel lover who is working remotely in the IT sector. I'm a quiet, clean and respectful. I love traveling and I have been very fortunate that my work allowed me to do it from anywhere as long as I have internet. Due to some family matters and then followed by global pandemic I'm currently back home in Bulgaria(after spending almost 4 years in the Americas) and looking for a place to change the scene and call it a second home and snuggle with some furry new friends or just take care of your property. I'm following the current situation closely and can't wait for the world to reopen again.
Why they want to house sit
I love traveling. In the last few years, I have been to 70+ countries and I've learned that there is nothing better than learning about the culture or the place by leaving like a local. In one of my travel, a fellow traveler told me about the little secret to that called "mindmyhouse' and I have decided to give it a try. I have house/pet sit for many of my friends so why not create new friendships while traveling :)
Their experience
I have previously taking care of all kind of dogs from Chihuahua to Akita, cats, rabbits, chicken, hamsters ,guinea pigs and fish. Growing up during communist time in Bulgaria my only entertainment was finding a new pet to take care of.At some point i remember i even had a little bambi :-)
What can they bring to the assignment
The excitement of treating your home as it was my home and take care of all your pets and plants as if they were my own.
In the last few years I have choose to live the minimalist type of life with only few belongings in my backpack but from time to time i get home sick and would love to feel the nice warm welcomeness of real HOME.

Mira took care of our home and two cats for almost 3 weeks during out vacation and everything was perfect. Mira is very friendly and she took well to the cats immediately. Mira - a delight!
Mira was a good choice to look after my home and hounds while I took an extended break. She clearly loves dogs and my two took to her straight away. She kept me informed of their early morning walks with sunrise and also sunset pictures so I knew they were being taken out at good times of the day in the Spanish heat. I am so pleased Mira enjoyed the facilities of San Pedro and my urbanization as well, it makes the house sitting more of a joy to know that. I would not hesitate in having Mira back and you would be lucky to get her yourself.

Recommended house sitter and cat minder
Mira was very polite and helpful with the cats, she also sent several photo updates, which were very reassuring. The house was clean and Hulk smoother than before when we arrived. Highly recommend Mira!

Perfect housesitter.
Mira has house sat for us on 2 occasions and has always left the house looking immaculate and a happy cat and tortoise too. She emptied the dishwasher ,stripped her bed and even left us a new loaf of bread ! We ‘overlapped ‘ for longer than expected but she was a delight to dine with and we hope she will be available next time we travel.

Great house sitter!!!
Mira is a great house sitter in many ways. She was caring and patient with my cats, she kept all of my plants alive and well (not always an easy task considering my plants are a bit wayward), she regularly sent me pictures and videos to reassure me everything was going well, and I find her to be a very serene, professional and nice person. I would definitely call her again and recommend her to all house owners who need a reliable helping hand while they are away. Thank you again, Mira!

Caring and respectful guest
Mira was a delight to have as a guest. She was very patient with our Walt who's a rescue and so can be a little shy. She kept us up to date regularly and left the apartment in pristine condition. I couldn't recommend someone more, she's the perfect guest and sitter. Thank you Mira!

Great sitter
Mira was a great house and cat sitter, she stayed at my place in Dubai for a month. The cats were well taken care of with daily pills given to one, she even trained her to take them more easily than I had! There was a maintenance issue that Mira was very understanding of, and she was helpful in coordinating getting it fixed. I returned to a very clean house with happy cats, highly recommend!

A perfect cat sitter
Having Mira at home for a whole month taking care of my two cats was a wonderful experience! I needed a kwnoledgeable person to handle a conflictal relationship between my cats. Communication with Mira was easy from the start, she is very flexibile and organised, that helped me a lot. We had the opportunity to spend a couple of day together and a friendship was born. When I came back I found my both cats calm and relax, the house perfect, clean and tidy. She also took care of my plants and saved my dying orchid!! I highly recommend Mira as a house keeper to anyone, she is undoubtedly a serious and reliable persone, with a great sensitivity with pets and they could feel it immediately. Even my mother-in-law's dog she saw for 30 minutes fell in love with her!!

Super cat sitter, lovely person
Mira was a great sitter for Charlie. I came back to a very happy cat and the flat left incredibly neat and tidy (particularly impressive given the 5.30am departure!). Mira was great with communicating about the logistics ahead of the sit, and lovely to chat to when we met. I got lots of pictures of Charlie during the week and could see he was very happy. Mira was extremely considerate regarding the changing circumstances as the coronavirus pandemic was just unfolding in Europe the week she was sitting. It meant there had to be some travel changes on her end, and she was extremely considerate in relation to mine and Charlie's needs given the circumstances. It was so good of her! All round a super sitter, and a happy cat! And thankfully everyone got where they needed to be before travel restrictions were put in place.

Great house and pet sitter
Mira was an excellent house and petsitter. We enjoyed getting to know her and talking to her about her childhood. It was very interesting to learn about her early life. Our two dogs seem very happy to be with her. And she left the house in excellent condition. We would have her back again anytime.

Wonderful house- and pet sitter
Mira took care of my two dogs and one cat for two weeks in August 2018. She's very responsive, sending updates on a regular bases, reliable and completely trustworthy. I have one very shy dog who usually takes a few days to warm up to strangers. But with Mira, she felt comfortable very quickly, which put my mind at ease before leaving. Mira is a very thoughtful person. I was very grateful to come back to a very clean apartment, with the bed sheets changed and washed. I hope to be lucky enough to be able to call on Mira again in the future.

Great pet sitter who I wish could stay for longer!
This is long overdue - I had Mira stay at my place two times last year. She took care of my cat Luna as if she were her own. Mira is super friendly, responsible, treads lightly and keeps the place clean. She worked with me when I went away a second time to make sure that I had kitty care covered. If Mira was available all the time, I would be so happy! She was very communicative, before her arrival, during her stay and we even stayed in touch for a bit after she went off to another adventure. I felt very comfortable leaving Luna with Mira during my travels to the other side of the world.

A very responsible pet sitter, good communicator and extremely tidy, my boys loved her
Mira has been by far my best pet sitter. I met her a few days before and was immediately impressed by her. She reminded me of myself when I was younger and felt very comfortable with her. She is very conscientious and took excellent care of my two boys. My boys must have felt the same way; they slept on the bed with her. She went way above what was expected, she had the house clean ,washed and remade the beds. wow I support what she is doing ; her travels and wanting to experience different cultures. You will be lucky if she can take care of your house and pets.

Wonderful house/ pet sitter!
Mira and Travis took exceptional care of our home and our needy elderly cat. In fact, they left the home cleaner than we had left it! The cat was well groomed and well-fed and had clearly not lacked attention in the 3 weeks we were away. They communicated with us regularly in the lead up to the house-sitting, and sent updates and pictures to us while we were away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mira and Travis to look after your home - and your pets.

Excellent, reliable care
We were very pleased with the care Mira provided to our cat and house. She could not have been better! Cat was entertained and very happy to be with Mira. The house was cleaner when we returned than when we left. If Mira is available again when we need a petsitter, we will definitely ask her to petsit again!
