About this sitter
I am From France, I live in a small village in the south of France. I love travelling, readind, dancing (ballet and jazzdance), I love speaking english and I love pets, especialy cats. I love meeting new people and discovering new countries ... and I adore Cats ! That is why I think house sit and pet sit Is a good thing for me.
Why they want to house sit
I want to house sit because some years ago, it was very difficult for me to go on holidays and leave my pets alone. Even if there were someone to feed them everyday, I really didn't like to leave them alone and I worried a lot, always wondering if they were Ok. So I understand people who look for someone to take care of their pets when they are away. And I am here to help them !!!
Their experience
I started housitting last Christmas and I did many on this website and on another one too ! For the house, I have a large house and a large garden in the south of France and I am used to do everything. I like when everything is in order and clean. I also love particulary Cats, I have always had cats, I understand them. But I can look after a dog too, I used to look after my sister's dog many time. And I can look after chickens too.

Catherine was clear detailed and honest in her communicating with me from our first email correspondance and continued through the entire assignment of our petcare needs to show integrity and in addition to being a cat lover, she demonstrated the true meaning of petcare plus. I am so grateful for her experience even when handling something newer to her like our sea life in 3 aquariums! Also she was accepting of a detailed list of responsibilities as she has had before with cat care in London plus sending photos and giving updates. I actually could relax myself on this holiday and that has been a struggle for some years to be able to feel. Even when I had a worry thought in my head- she replied and tended to a matter without hesitation. Coming home was easy and all was left in clean condition with calm cats and all sea life accounted for. I do hope Catherine you will come back to experience the exotic winter here as we would be lucky to find her again for Minding Our House! Merci Catherine!!

Highly recommended
Catherine has exceptional cat care skills. She gained the trust of our very shy cat in record time and was very attentive to her needs. She sent us reassuring emails and photos while we were away and took great care of our home and our plants. We are hoping to see Catherine again (and again!).
