About this sitter
I am a 71 year old women. After many years, working as an office manager in international companys I retired. I live in Augsburg, a nice city in Bavaria. All my life I travelled and I love other culturs and his people. In younger age I already worked as aupair and loved it and the people I stayed with loved me too. I like to be occupied, love working around a house. At my aupairtime i also looked after a nice Labrador dog, I fed him and walked him and I liked it. I speak english, italian, french and bit of spanish.
Why they want to house sit
a bit of adventure, helping people to let their homes and know the right person is looking after it. I am very tidy, thoughtful and feel responsible about things. Its a lovely idea to meet people. Its an experience for them and yourself. My preferred countries are Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and England.
Their experience
not really but as an aupir - in England, Devon I was often alone with the kids and dogs and handeld it with barvour. To feel responsible about something is in you, its your education and well behaviour.
What can they bring to the assignment
I am honest, active trustful. I love housework, gardening, not to much but weading I am a spezialist in.
I love cats and little dogs.

A delightful and capable housesitter, now a friend
Esther was a true delight. We chatted a few times before she came over and she kept us up to date with her travel plans. We left her in charge of our home and cats, and she managed everything that was thrown at her in a wonderful manner. The cat brought her a live rabbit and released it in the house, then there was an infestation of flying ants to deal with. To cap it all, we tested positive on the way back from our holiday so didn't get to see Esther on our return. However, she kept in touch with us after that. She is a very experienced traveller and got herself around Cornwall either walking or on public transport.

Ideal house-sitter: responsible, clean, kind
Esther took care of my apartment and cat for 11 days. I couldn't ask for better. She kept me posted about her travel arrangements, showed up on time and devoted serious attention to maintaining the house and looking after Amélie. The house was sparkling clean when she left, the garden in great shape and Amélie was well cared for. Esther is a lovely person as well.
